  • Customized or personalized Flower Tower may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return shipping address.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

5. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your product for a different Flower Tower or design, please follow the same return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective Flower Tower, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges.

8. Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
